I spent here 1 great day and would go back in flash. The room was spacious, with a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control.

Convenient dining spot here with a nice buffet for breakfast and dinner. the spot is in a great location - just a quick walk to all the places we wanted to check out! 🌟

Booked club king room with beds smaller than queen sized beds. The breakfast was delicious and very very good and the pool bar was a plus. Responsive, well-trained staff that were ready to help. The setting was perfect, not far from beautiful, the garden and the famous religious.

Overall it was a good package. Attraction was the lonely beach and the lovely pool. The spa was also very rejuvenating experience.

However, the property seems old...needs a bit of remodelling maybe? Also staff makeover is a surething. Services seem to take eternity

Perfect base for discovering Utorda with pleasant staff at the reception. Club king room with balcony, bathtub, and separate bedroom. - Marvellous location in a nice area, close to restaurants and a gorgeous beach.

This hotel had the most unacceptable and worst service that I ever seen. Although the expensive rates of the hotel, the staff was completely unprofessional and most of all inefficient. They systematecally delayed our requests and sometimes didn't even answer to it. When we arrive for the check-in we had to wait for almost one hour even though we said that we could go for a walk and comeback later. Then they got us a room that wasn't properly clean, especially the bathroom, which smell of urine. There were stains and hairs on the floor. We had to phone four times to the house keeping before they clean it! Even when they came, I had to ask the employee to mop the floor or else we would just sprayed the wc with air freshener. As this was not enough, when I finished my shower I noticed that the towels were completely filthy, with stains all over it. I had to wait that someone brought fresh towels. The pool bar was frequently unattended and the bar tenders took several minutes to attend or orders or to comeback with the check. One of the times, after 30 minutes waiting, we left to the room, which was when someone ultimately went there with the check... I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to no one. During all my travels I've stayed in several cheap hostels and not one of them had this kind of bad service.

Great service offered. Separate bedroom. Excellent continental breakfast with live music and potato bhaji in the name of Goan dishes, for instance. All the staff were ready to help. Exceptionally nice location, a few steps away from everywhere.

royal orchid was a great stay! the rooms were super clean and tidy every day. it’s right next to a beautiful beach - which was perfect for relaxing. the staff was amazing - especially isha. she upgraded our room and even surprised me with a birthday cake. it felt like home with such caring service.

The hotel is huge and offers a delicious breakfast. The rooms are extremely pleasant and equipped with a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The location is excellent, so close to lovely Uttorda beach in south Goa, perfect for families. The property is conveniently located just 2 miles away from St Lawrence Chapel.

The staff were sincere and the views over the gardens were decent. the location was amazing, close to Majorda beach in a good area. the pool was well-maintained and I had good drinks in the lounge bar. Staying at this trendy boutique hotel was really amazing.
